Sixth Pilates studio offers a thoughtfully designed space including a welcoming community area where you can enjoy a coffee or cold drink, a private fully equipped studio, a Reformer Studio, a Mixed Apparatus room. Every space has been carefully considered to support both individual journeys and a strong sense of community.
To us, a truly great Pilates studio is about more than just movement, it’s about feeling welcomed, supported without judgment, and safe to challenge yourself under the guidance of well-educated, attentive teachers.​
Classes
Through the use of spring resistance and support, exercises can be tailored to suit individual needs whilst improving strength, mobility, posture and body awareness. Suitable for all levels, Reformer Pilates offers a thoughtful and effective approach to movement, helping clients move with greater ease, control and confidence.


Pilates was never intended to be practised on just one piece of equipment. Mixed Apparatus Pilates incorporates a variety of specialised equipment, including the Reformer, Tower and Chair, allowing participants to experience the Pilates method in a more complete way.
Each piece of apparatus offers unique benefits, providing different opportunities to develop strength, mobility, control, balance and coordination. By working across a range of equipment, classes offer variety, challenge and a deeper understanding of movement within the Pilates method.
Mat Pilates is the foundation of the Pilates method. Through a carefully structured series of exercises, classes develop strength, control, coordination and body awareness whilst encouraging a deeper understanding of movement.


Our Beginner Pilates sessions are the perfect place to start your Pilates journey. Designed for those new to the method or just want to take things back to basics, these classes offer a friendly and supportive environment where you can learn at your own pace, build confidence and develop a strong foundation for future practice.
Experience Pilates in its most complete form. Our private 1:1 and 2:1 sessions utilise the full range of original Pilates apparatus, allowing for a highly personalised approach to movement. Each session is designed to support your individual goals whilst helping you move with greater strength, ease and confidence.
