This is your equipment section. It's a great place to introduce your equipment and talk about what makes it special

The Mat
Mat is the foundation of the Pilates method and forms the basis of all Pilates work. Practised on a mat using your own body weight and gravity,
Mat Pilates focuses on building strength, flexibility, balance, and control from the inside out. Exercises emphasise core support, proper alignment, breathing, and mindful movement, helping to improve posture and overall body awareness. While it may look simple, Mat Pilates is a powerful and effective practice that challenges the whole body and supports functional movement for everyday life

Reformer
is one of the most well-known Pilates apparatus and was designed by Joseph Pilates to create strength, control, and balance throughout the body.
Using a moving carriage and adjustable springs for resistance, the Reformer supports the body while also providing challenge, making it suitable for all levels. Exercises are performed lying down, seated, kneeling, or standing, helping to build deep core strength, improve posture, increase flexibility, and encourage smooth, controlled movement.

Wunda Chair
is a compact yet powerful piece of Pilates equipment that focuses on strength, stability, and precision.
Featuring a spring-loaded pedal, it challenges balance and coordination while building strong legs, hips, and core support. Originally designed to be used in small spaces, the Wunda Chair offers a wide range of exercises that translate directly into improved functional movement and everyday strength.

Spine Corrector
is a small but effective Pilates apparatus designed to support and improve spinal alignment, mobility, and strength.
Its curved shape encourages proper posture while helping to open the chest, lengthen the spine, and strengthen the abdominal muscles. Often used to assist or challenge mat-based exercises, the Spine Corrector is especially beneficial for improving posture, increasing flexibility, and developing deeper body awareness in a safe and supported way.

Pilates Tower
is a versatile Pilates apparatus that brings elements of the Cadillac into a more compact form.
Using springs, bars, and straps attached to a wall-mounted frame, the Tower provides both support and resistance to guide controlled, precise movement. It is used to improve core strength, flexibility, alignment, and body awareness, while encouraging length and stability through the spine. The Tower is suitable for a wide range of abilities and is often used to support safe, effective movement and progressive strength building.

Cadillac (Private room only)
is a cornerstone of the classical Pilates method and one of the most comprehensive pieces of Pilates apparatus.
it uses a system of springs, bars, and straps to both support and challenge the body through controlled, precise movement. The Cadillac is ideal for improving alignment, strength, flexibility, and mobility, offering a highly adaptable experience that ranges from gentle, assisted exercises to advanced, full-body work. Its versatility makes it an essential tool for refined, personalised Pilates practice.

Ladder Barrel
is a classical Pilates apparatus designed to support spinal mobility, flexibility, and postural awareness.
Its curved barrel encourages length and articulation through the spine, while the ladder provides support and stability during movement. The Ladder Barrel is especially effective for improving back strength, opening the chest and hips, and developing control and alignment through a full range of motion.
