Reformer Pilates

Our Reformer Room is a serene, light-filled space designed to enhance focus and flow throughout your practice. Featuring eight state-of-the-art Merrithew Reformers, the room is finished with soft lighting and a calm, warming atmosphere that supports both body and mind. Group sessions are thoughtfully structured to ensure personalised attention while allowing you to experience the energy of shared movement in a refined and supportive setting.

Beginner Reformer

This session is designed for those new to Reformer Pilates.  You’ll be guided through the foundational exercises at a steady, supportive pace, focusing on proper alignment and breath. Expect low-impact, controlled movements that build confidence, improve posture, and gently strengthen the whole body. No prior experience required

Advanced Reformer

This session is designed for experienced Reformer Pilates clients who are familiar with the classical Pilates exercises. You’ll move through advanced sequences where a clear understanding of the exercises allows for smooth, confident movement on the Reformer. The focus is on control, flow, and whole-body connection, making this class ideal for clients looking to deepen and refine their practice at an advanced level.

Restorative Flow

This session is a gentle, stretch focussed class, designed to encourage deep release, recovery and relaxation.  Moving at a slower pace, the class emphasizes breath led movement, longer held stretches, and mindful transitionsto ease tension and support overall recovery.  

Suitable for all abilities, this class offers a nuturing space to unwind, rset, and reconnect with your body making it n ideal choice for anyone seeking balance, restoration, and a sense of calm.

Mixed Level Reformer

This session is suitable for clients with varying levels of Pilates experience. Exercises are layered with options and progressions, allowing beginners to build strength safely while more experienced clients are challenged. Expect a balanced, full-body workout focusing on strength, mobility, control, and mindful movement, with guidance to help you work at the level that feels right for your body. If you are new to Reformer Pilates, we recommend completing at least four Beginner Reformer sessions before joining this class to ensure you feel confident with the fundamentals and Reformer Machine.

Sculpt Reformer

This session is designed for intermediate to advanced clients looking for a more contemporary approach to Reformer Pilates. Classes blend traditional Pilates principles with modern, dynamic exercises to build strength, tone, and endurance. Expect creative sequencing, a strong full-body focus, and a workout that feels energising and challenging while still maintaining control and precision.
