Reformer Pilates
Beginners Course

This 4 week Reformer beginners' course is designed for complete beginners and provides a structured introduction to Reformer Pilates. Over the course, participants will learn foundational Pilates principles, safe and effective use of the Reformer, and a sleection of introductory exercises.
Classes are taught at a guided pace, allowing time to develop proper technique, body awareness and confidence.
Mixed Apparatus
Beginners Course

Wednesdays 7pm start 11th Feb - 4rd March
This 4 week mixed apparatus beginners' course offers a comprehensive introduction to Pilates using multiple pieces of classical equipment. Designed for complete beginners, the course introduces foundational Pilates principles while exploring how each apparatus supports strength, mobility and alignment.
Each week focusses on a different apparatus - such as Tower, Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector, and Mat, allowing participants to experience the unique benefits of each. The final session integrates all apparatus into a cohsive full session experience. Classes are delivered at a guided pace, helping paricipants build confidene , understanding, and a well rounded foundation in the Pilates method.
